Big Ben Sausage Roll Storage & Cooking Information

Pie Warmer: Preheat pie warmer to 6 (100˚C) for half an hour. Insert sausage roll and turn warmer to 4 (70˚C). Ready to serve in 60 – 80 minutes. If heating from frozen, microwave on medium for 2 minutes^# before placing into pie warmer.

Oven: Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F), remove sausage roll from wrapper and place in centre of oven.  Ready to eat in 20-25 minutes from fresh or 30-35 minutes from frozen.

Microwave: Cut wrapper at both ends and place in microwave. for use from fresh: heat on high for 2 ½ – 3 minutes*. for use from frozen: heat on high for 4 minutes*. remove from wrapper, stand for 2 minutes and serve. caution: filling may be hot. *based on an 850 watt microwave.

Storage Conditions: This product will remain at its best until the fresh “use by” date, if stored under refrigeration (4˚C or below). If frozen (-18˚C) before fresh “use by” date, this product will keep for up to 12 months. Once thawed, use immediately and do not refreeze.
